What Your Child Will Find at the Club

Every afternoon at the Belzoni Club is built around what kids need most — support, connection, and the chance to try something new.

Homework help, tutoring, and reading time so kids stay on track in school
Science experiments, robotics, and projects that make learning feel like play
Painting, crafts, coloring, and creative activities that build confidence
Nutritious food so no child has to learn on an empty stomach
Trusted adults who listen, encourage, and believe in every child
Sports, games, and free play in a safe, supervised environment

Who Can Join the Belzoni Club?

The Belzoni Club serves youth ages 6 to 18, regardless of background or circumstance.

Membership is free. There is no cost to families, and no child is turned away.

What Parents Should Know:

Enrollment is open — stop by the Club or call to register
All staff are trained and background-checked
Healthy meals and snacks are provided at no cost
The Club is open during the critical after-school hours when parents are still at work

About the Belzoni Club

The Belzoni Club is part of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Delta, which serves nearly 1,400 youth across eight Clubs and one Community Impact Site in the Delta region.

Our mission is simple: to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

The Belzoni Club operates in partnership with White Star Baptist Church and is supported by community partners who believe in the future of Humphreys County youth.
