A Swing for Success: 14th Annual Scramble for Youth Raises Over $21,000 for Grenada Youth!
The sun was shining on Dogwoods Golf Course on October 24, 2025, but the real brightness came from the outpouring of community support for the youth of Grenada. The 14th Annual Scramble for Youth Golf Outing was a resounding success, raising over $21,000 to support the life-changing programs at the Grenada Boys & Girls Club.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the over dozen teams who came out to play, our incredible sponsors, and every volunteer who dedicated their time to make this event possible. The day was filled with friendly competition, camaraderie, and a shared commitment to a powerful cause.
Driving Change, One Hole at a Time
This annual tournament is the passion project of former Board President Mike Nabors, who, with the invaluable assistance of the Grenada Boys & Girls Club Advisory Council, orchestrates this event year after year. Their dedication ensures that every dollar raised goes directly to empowering the young people who walk through the Club's doors.
The funds generated from this event are critical. They allow us to provide:
A Safe Place after school and during the summer.
Mentoring from caring adult professionals.
Healthy Meals and nutrition education.
Enriching Programs in academics, the arts, leadership, and STEM.
